A Step-by-Step Guide on Creating an Online Account
You will need your Tax ID number or Social Security number, the account number of any Chase account you have, and access to your phone or email which you have previously provided Chase if any. Next, make sure you have a stable connection to the internet and use a laptop or desktop computer to register for your Chase account by following these steps:
- Click on this link to begin your registration: chaseonline.chase.com
- Select whether the Chase account you have is a personal or business account by ticking the right option.
- Enter the account, credit, or debit card number in the box.
- Enter your Social Security number in the boxes that follow.
- Create a user ID.
- Click on “Next” at the bottom of the screen after you have reviewed the information you entered.
- Complete the next 5 steps which are the Identification Code, Password, Legal Agreements, Services, and Confirmation. Make sure all the information you enter is correct before clicking on the “Next” button at the bottom of the screen.
- After confirmation, you can log in using the account details you have provided.
