2. Enter the DX tracking number in the space provided. The tracking number will be in the top right hand corner of the blue calling card. It will start with letters DX and will end with the letters GB.
3. You can enter the tracking number along with the letters or just the tracking number.
4. Enter the postcode and click on ‘Next’.
5. Enter the required information in the displayed page and follow the instructions on screen to complete the request for redelivery.
6. If you do not have the tracking number, click on the link ‘Don’t have a tracking number?’ for instructions.
7. Similarly, you can also search for instructions on what to do when you have lost your blue calling card by clicking on the ‘Lost your calling card?’ link.
