Many states in the US Government use EBT to transfer benefits to the people electronically. The financial institution provides this service with the help of debit cards used by the customers. Every account will have a unique EBT account number that is given to each household. All registered members of the family can use the same EBT account for transactions. Two types of sub accounts are available in EBT accounts and they are TEA cash and food stamps.

- A PC or laptop with a fast and secure internet connection
- EBT Account card
- PIN Number for the EBT Account
Step by step instructions
- To access your online EBT Account, go to https://www.ebtaccount.jpmorgan.com/.
- If you want to register or the U Card, Click on ‘Register for UCARD Center’. Follow the instructions on screen to complete the registration process.
- If you want to activate your U Card, click on ‘Activate Your Card’. Enter your card number and click on ‘Next’.
- Enter your card number and PIN number in the respective fields and click on ‘Continue’.
- Follow the instructions on screen to complete the activation process.
- Only activated U Cards can be used to log in to the EBT Account.
- Enter your USER ID and Password provided during the activation process to log into the EBT Account.
- This will grant you complete access to your EBT Online Account.
