Detailed Guide:

1. To renew your DEA license online, go to www.deadiversion.usdoj.gov.
2. Click on ‘Renew Applications Online’ link under the Quick Links section located on the right hand column of the home page.
3. In the page displayed, click on ‘Log-in to Begin Renewal Process’ link
4. A new window will open in which the online renewal process information will be displayed.
5. Read the information carefully before you proceed to renew your license.
6. In the renewal form, provide the following details
   1. DEA Number
   2. Last Name (or) Business Name
   3. First Name
   4. Social Security Number
   5. Tax ID
   6. Expiry Date of current License
   7. Select the State
   8. Zip Code
   9. After filling in all details in the form, click on ‘Login’ button
   10. Follow the instructions on screen to complete the renewal process.
