- If you have registered for an account at the website earlier, enter your username and password in the relevant fields and click on ‘Login’ button to access your account.
- If you have forgotten your Username or password, click on the ‘Forgot Username/Password?’ link

- Enter the following details in the relevant boxes
- Preferred Username (username has to be 6-20 characters and alphanumeric)

- Email address
- Individual Record Number (IRN is a 5-10 digit number provided to you upon admission to University of Phoenix)
