  • The easiest way is to log onto the official site of eBenefits as per the link given below
  • You will find the link to register for an account at the top right hand corner of the main page
  • It will lead to an eBenefits DS Logon Account Registration Wizard.
  • You need to have a Common Access Card, an active DOD ID card or have a Defense Finance and Accounting Service myPay account in order to create an account
  • Even if you do not have any of the above eligibility conditions, you need to be registered with the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System
  • As per the option you choose you will be provided the option of choosing a Basic or Premium account. You need to verify your identity in person or through remote proofing options in order to obtain a Premium Account.
