It would be a good option to try out some home remedies as they involve using natural substances that will not cause damage to your hair.
Dandruff Home Remedies
- Take the juice of a few lemons and massage in into your scalp for about 5 minutes. Wash the lemon juice off your hair with an anti dandruff shampoo to better results.
- Apply apple cider vinegar on your scalp, leave it on for about 15 minutes, and then wash it off.
- Use lemon juice and fuller’s earth to make a paste and apply it on your scalp once a week to reduce dandruff.
- Take 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and soak them in water overnight. Make a paste out of the seeds in the morning and apply them on your scalp. Wash it off after 30 minutes for better results.
- Mix equal quantities of vinegar and water and apply in on your scalp. Leave it on overnight ad wash it off the next morning with a mild baby shampoo.
