2. If you are a Returning Customer, enter your User Name and Password in the relevant fields and click the ‘Sign In’ button
3. If you have forgotten your password or User Name, click on ‘Forgot User Name/ Password’ link
4. Enter the following details to retrieve your username and password
   1. Last four digits of your Social Security Card

   3. Email Address
   4. Zip Code
   5. Click on ‘continue’ to complete the process.
