- In the following page, you will have to complete a questionnaire, which will have a wide range of questions from the quality of the food, the presentation, the cleanliness of the restaurant, the ambience of the restaurant, the cost of the dishes and so forth.
- Answer the questions honestly and upon completing all the questions click on ‘Submit’ to submit the survey.
- In the next page, you will have to enter your personal and contact information. Ensure that you provide the correct information as this information will be used to contact you if you win any of the prizes.
