- Click on the eServices Tab
- Scroll down the page and click on ‘Register, Pay Use Tax, or Claim an Exemption’ link
- In the page displayed, again click on the link ‘Register, Pay Use Tax, or Claim an Exemption’
- Select the type of vehicle for which you want to apply for exemption
- A list of options will be displayed below the option you have selected. Select the preferred option
- Click on ‘Next’ button to proceed
- Declaration of Intent will be displayed on screen. Read it carefully and click on ‘Accept’ button
- A registration form will appear on screen. Enter the following details

- Email address
- Preferred User Id
- Preferred Password
