How to Sign Up

To sign up for the service, you will need an active internet connection and you also need to be an account holder with Bank of America.

  1. Open your browser and go to www.bankofamerica.com/powerrewards
  2. Just press the “enter” button and you will be directed to another page.
  3. At the left-side of the new page, you can see a “sign in” link and above that there is a “Start redeeming your rewards today” link. Click the link.
  4. You will be asked to key in the online ID in the designated box and once you are done, click the “check your site key” button.
  5. For people that have not made their online IDs, you should click on the “enroll now” option.
  6. You will be asked what account type you would like to have. Select the type of account from the drop down menu and then click on the “continue” button.
  7. If you have multiple accounts, you have to choose one that has an ATM or debit card associated with it.
  8. Provide the ATM or debit card numbers. Check them to make sure there are no errors.
  9. Key in your ATM pin and the last four numbers of your SS number.
  10. Key in your account number and provide a password. Make sure you remember your password and keep it in a secure location.
  11. On the following page you will need a site key and you have to provide the details of your online account.
  12. Review all the information you have provided before clicking on the final button.
