  2. You will then be directed to a page where you will see a box with “Activate my Card”. Click on that.
  3. You will then be asked to confirm your identity. Provide your card number and the expiration date.
  4. Click the “continue” button.
  5. Key in the required personal details on the page. You will be asked for your name, zip code, phone number etc.
  6. Make sure you have a working email address and place it on the box.
  7. Click “finish” after reviewing your info.
