Instructions for MyTotalRewards.com

1. To participate in the Waste Management Total Rewards Program, go to http://www.mywmtotalrewards.com/.
2. In the page displayed, enter the User ID, if you have registered at the site earlier. If not, click on ‘Register as a New User’ link.
3. If you are a Canadian employee, click on ‘Access the Canadian Employee Site’.
4. In the registration page, enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and your Birth date. Click on ‘continue’ to proceed
5. Enter you preferred user Id and password and click on ‘continue’
6. Follow the instructions on screen to complete the registration process.
7. If the registration is successful, you will receive a confirmation mail in the email id provided during registration.
8. Log in to the rewards program site, using your newly created User ID and password and participate in the Waste Management Total Rewards Program.
9. The registration and login process is the same for Canadian employees.
