1. 1.       To manage your MetLife Account online, go to www.eservice.metlife.com.
2. If you have registered at the portal earlier, enter your Username and Password in the relevant fields and click on ‘Login’
3. If you have forgotten your username or password, click the ‘Forgot user name or password?’ link
4. Enter the information requested for on screen and follow the instructions to retrieve your username or password.
5. If you are new to the portal, you can register for an account by clicking on the ‘Register Now’ button
6. In the pop up box that appears enter the following information
   1. First Name
   2. Last Name (As listed in the policy)
   3. Email address
   4. Select the type of MetLife account or policy you own and click on ‘Next Step’ button
   5. Create your preferred username and password and then proceed to confirm your identity.
   6. Read the Terms and Conditions on screen and provide your consent.
   7. Follow the instructions on screen to complete the registration process.
   8. After you have successfully completed your registration process, you will receive a confirmation email in the email address you provided during the sign up process.
