  • TDCJ number; if you don’t have the TDCJ number you should include the offenders exact birth date. Use their appropriate age and the country they were convicted in if you don’t have the number or the exact birth date.
  • Via the phone, ensure that you call during the working hours with the offender’s information like TDCJ and SID numbers and their full names.
